This year's Energy Assistance Program begins October 1st, 2017.

If you have an immediate crisis such as a disconnect or an empty fuel tank, you may contact:

Salvation Army (Wright County) 763-497-3867

EAP is able to process Primary Heat, Crisis, and Energy Related Repair (EER) on eligible apllication received by May 31st. Additionally, qualified households may receive help with utility disconnections, necessary fuel deliveries, and heating system repairs or replacements. Energy Assistance is available to both homeowners and renters, and payments are made directly to the energy supplier.

Eligibility levels for families served through EAP are determined based on household income, household size, and actual cost of heating for a period of twelve months. If you qualify for EAP, you may qualify for Weatherization services or other essential energy related repairs as well.
