Wright County Community Action (WCCA) is governed by a fifteen-member Board of Directors. Generally, the Board meets on a monthly basis. All board members are volunteers.
One third of the board members represent the low-income community (low-income sector), one-third represent local elected officials (public sector), and one third represent significant elements of the community (private sector).
WCCA is always looking for passionate community members to help improve our service models. Time commitment is only one meeting per month and no prior Board experience is necessary. If you feel you have great ideas that could help us meet the community action mission of “Helping people. Changing Lives” then we would love to start a conversation.
