Forms Request an application by mail Income Guidelines

This year's Energy Assistance Program ended on May 31st, 2023. Next year's Program starts on October 31st, 2023.

Energy Assistance Program (EAP) is able to process Primary Heat, Crisis, Energy Related Repair (ERR), and water assistance on eligible application received by May 31st. Additionally, qualified households may receive help with utility disconnections, necessary fuel deliveries, and heating system repairs or replacements. Energy Assistance is available to both homeowners and renters, and payments are made directly to the energy supplier.

Eligibility levels for families served through EAP are determined based on household income, household size, and actual cost of heating for a period of twelve months. If you qualify for EAP, you may qualify for Weatherization services or other essential energy related repairs as well.
