Where to start

If you are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, the first step is to contact Coordinated Entry. Make sure you complete all the necessary steps to be placed on the regional priority list.

Coordinated Entry is a statewide intake and assessment process. Openings in our programs are filled through the Coordinated Entry referral process. We only serve people in our housing programs referred to us through Coordinated Entry.

Wright County is served through the Central Minnesota Coordinated Entry which can be reached by calling: 1-866-560-7464

Our Programs

In this transformational program clients will develop a housing independence plan which involves creating and carrying out short and long term goals for financial and housing stability. WCCA provides a declining rent subsidy for up to 18 months along with support services. In addition, we provide in depth case management to help support housing stability.

Financial Assistance/Emergency Payments

WCCA does not offer these services on an individual basis. If you are in need of assistance making a rent payment, please check local resources here: Resources
